Best YouTube Channels for Kids by Age

90+ parent-vetted YouTube channels organized by interest — STEM, animals, art, cooking, music, and more. Every channel on this list is one we'd let our own kids watch.

Parent of two · Founder of VidCove

Finding good YouTube channels for kids shouldn't be this hard. You want content that's educational, age-appropriate, and actually entertaining — but searching YouTube for "kids videos" is a minefield. So we built this list.

Every channel here has been individually reviewed. We checked for consistent quality, age-appropriate content, no clickbait thumbnails, and genuine educational or entertainment value. They're organized by interest so you can find channels that match what your kid is actually into, not just what an algorithm thinks they should watch.

If you use VidCove, all of these channels are available as one-tap Channel Packs in the app — you can add an entire interest pack to your child's profile in seconds. But this list is useful whether you use VidCove or not.
